Full job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and managing payroll. Must be proficient and no need for any training

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping for the company
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct account reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Handle payroll processing
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks desktop
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with payroll procedures and clerical duties
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
