Cette opportunité d'une période d'un an pour le remplacement d'un congé de maternité, vous permettra de jouer un rôle clé auprès de la direction régionale, de contribuer à des projets stratégiques de transformation et d'assurer le leadership financier de la région des Amériques.

Avez-vous ce qu’il faut ?

- Titre professionnel CPA.
- Excellente connaissance des normes comptables US GAAP ou IFRS.
- Solide expérience en contrôle financier dans un environnement manufacturier multisites et international.
- Solide expertise en comptabilité financière, prix de revient, gestion des inventaires, consolidation et contrôles internes.
- Expérience en fiscalité, douanes, audits, prix de transfert et gouvernance corporative.
- Maîtrise des enjeux liés aux transactions intercompagnies, aux multidevises, à la conformité et au reporting corporatif.
- Capacité à vulgariser des enjeux financiers complexes auprès de la direction.
- Très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft 365 et expérience avec SAP S/4HANA.Connaissance de SAP Cloud Analytics, Hyperion/SmartView, FloQast et Vena (un atout).
- Excellentes aptitudes analytiques, de résolution de problèmes et de communication.
- Une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, afin d'accompagner efficacement les équipes basées aux États-Unis et le corporatif.

Un aperçu du rôle :

Relevant du Vice-Président Exécutif Région des Amériques, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique en assurant le leadership financier de la région pendant un congé de maternité. Cette opportunité combine la supervision des opérations financières, de la gouvernance et des contrôles internes, tout en contribuant activement au reporting de gestion et à la réalisation de projets stratégiques à l'échelle des Amériques.

De manière plus spécifiques, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

Assurer le leadership financier de la région Amériques et diriger une équipe d'environ 20 professionnels de la finance
Superviser les activités de clôture financière, la production des états financiers et le reporting régional
Accompagner les opérations au Canada, aux États-Unis ainsi que les coentreprises au Mexique et en République dominicaine
Veiller à la conformité fiscale, douanière, comptable et corporative ainsi qu'au maintien d'un environnement de contrôle solide
Piloter les audits, les dossiers techniques comptables et les principales initiatives de gouvernance financière
Soutenir la performance de l'entreprise par l'analyse financière, les prévisions, la gestion du fonds de roulement, les inventaires et prix de revient
Assurer le suivi des risques régionaux, notamment en matière de tarifs douaniers, d'approvisionnement, d'assurances et de réclamations, et soutenir la prise de décisions stratégiques
Participer à des projets de transformation et de modernisation des processus financiers, notamment en lien avec SAP S/4HANA, Vena, HFM, outils de consolidation/ FP&A, l'automatisation et l'intelligence artificielle

Would you like to leverage your financial expertise in an international manufacturing environment? This opportunity will allow you to play a key role alongside regional leadership, contribute to strategic transformation initiatives, and provide financial leadership for the Americas region during a maternity leave replacement.

Do you have what it takes?

CPA designation required.
Excellent knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS accounting standards.
Strong financial controllership experience in a multi-site, international manufacturing environment.
Solid expertise in financial accounting, cost accounting, inventory management, consolidation, and internal controls.
Experience with taxation, customs, audits, transfer pricing, and corporate governance.
Strong understanding of intercompany transactions, multi-currency environments, compliance, and corporate reporting requirements.
Ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly to senior management.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, Hyperion/SmartView, FloQast, and Vena is considered an asset.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, to effectively support U.S.-based teams and corporate stakeholders.
Availability for occasional travel within the United States.

A snapshot of the role:

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Americas Region, you will play a strategic role by providing financial leadership for the region during a maternity leave replacement. This opportunity combines oversight of financial operations, governance, and internal controls while actively contributing to management reporting and strategic projects across the Americas.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

Providing financial leadership for the Americas region and leading a team of approximately 20 finance professionals.
Overseeing financial close activities, financial statement preparation, and regional reporting.
Supporting operations in Canada, the United States, as well as joint ventures in Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
Ensuring tax, customs, accounting, and corporate compliance while maintaining a strong control environment.
Leading audits, technical accounting matters, and key financial governance initiatives.
Supporting business performance through financial analysis, forecasting, working capital management, inventory control, and cost accounting.
Monitoring regional risks, including tariffs, supply chain, insurance, and claims matters, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Participating in finance transformation and process modernization projects, including SAP S/4HANA, Vena, HFM, consolidation and FP&A tools, automation, and artificial intelligence initiatives.
