Full job description

We are seeking a highly creative and trend-driven Fashion Graphic Artist Merchandiser to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong graphic design skills with a keen merchandising mindset and a passion for athleisure, sportswear, and accessories.

The successful candidate will play a key role in bringing product concepts to life—from initial inspiration and trend research through design development, CAD creation, merchandising, and final production. Working closely with the Art Director and cross-functional teams, you will help create compelling collections that resonate with today's active consumer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts, graphics, prints, and product ideas aligned with seasonal trends and brand direction.
Create detailed CADs, technical sketches, colorways, and presentation boards for product development.
Assist in building cohesive collections across athleisure apparel, sportswear, and accessories categories.
Research fashion, athletic, and lifestyle trends, consumer insights, competitive products, and emerging market opportunities.
Collaborate with the Art Director and product development teams to translate creative vision into commercially successful products.
Participate in the merchandising process, helping define product assortments, color palettes, graphic stories, and collection architecture.
Prepare artwork and production-ready files for vendors and manufacturers.
Review samples and provide design feedback throughout the development process.
Ensure product designs align with brand standards, quality expectations, and target customer needs.
Maintain awareness of market trends, fabrics, trims, embellishments, graphics, and printing techniques.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in fashion design, graphic design, merchandising, or a related product development role.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
Experience creating CADs, technical sketches, and presentation materials.
Strong understanding of apparel construction, graphics, print development, and product merchandising.
Experience in athleisure, activewear, sporting goods, or accessories is highly preferred.
Excellent creative, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial awareness with an eye for both fashion trends and consumer appeal.
