Description du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) technicien(ne) de maintenance d’immeuble pour assurer l’entretien technique et les réparations légères dans nos complexes résidentiels situés au centre-ville de Montréal.
Le rôle consiste principalement à effectuer des inspections, des réparations mineures et à soutenir la gestion dans les opérations quotidiennes des bâtiments.
Responsabilités principalesEffectuer des réparations légères :
- Ajustement et remplacement de poignées et de serrures
- Retouches de peinture et réparations mineures de gypse (gypse/cloisons sèches)
- Application de joints de silicone
- Remplacement de plaques, vis, charnières, etc.
- Remplacement d’ampoules et entretien de base des luminaires
- Dépannage de base en plomberie (ex. : fuite mineure, siphon bloqué)
- Dépannage léger en ventilation (ex. : remplacement de filtres, détection de bruits anormaux)
Inspections :
- Effectuer des rondes d’inspection régulières dans les aires communes
- Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des salles mécaniques, électriques et techniques
- Identifier et signaler tout problème nécessitant l’intervention d’un entrepreneur spécialisé
Support opérationnel :
- Accueillir et superviser les entrepreneurs externes (CVC/HVAC, plomberie, électricité, etc.)
- Assurer la conformité et la qualité des travaux effectués
- Maintenir les salles mécaniques organisées et sécuritaires (entretien technique uniquement, pas de conciergerie/nettoyage)
Rapports et communication :
- Documenter rigoureusement les réparations effectuées et les problèmes détectés
- Aviser la gestion de tout enjeu ou anomalie importante
- Répondre aux demandes ponctuelles liées à la maintenance dans les aires communes
Exigences
- Expérience confirmée en maintenance d’immeuble ou dans un rôle similaire
- Excellentes habiletés manuelles et polyvalence pour les petites réparations
- Connaissances de base en plomberie, ventilation et électricité légère
- Autonomie, fiabilité, discrétion et grand souci du détail
- Capacité à se déplacer entre plusieurs immeubles (proches les uns des autres)
- Présentation professionnelle et attitude courtoise (contact direct avec une clientèle haut de gamme)
- Excellente condition physique :
- Capacité à soulever, transporter et manipuler des charges lourdes de façon sécuritaire.
- Aptitude à effectuer un travail physique soutenu (se pencher, monter des escaliers, travailler debout sur de longues périodes).

Job Overview
We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to perform light repairs, routine inspections, and general technical tasks across all our residential condominium buildings in downtown Montréal.
The role focuses on ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of building systems and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform minor repairs including:
- door handles and locks
- small paint touch-ups
- drywall patching
- silicone application
- replacing plates, hinges, screws, etc.
- Replace bulbs and maintain lighting fixtures
- Basic troubleshooting of minor plumbing issues (leaks, blockages)
- Basic troubleshooting of ventilation issues (filters, unusual noises)
Inspections
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas
- Check mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, and service spaces
- Identify and report issues requiring specialized contractors
Operational Support
- Meet and supervise external contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Ensure proper completion of work performed
- Maintain mechanical rooms organized and safe (technical upkeep only)
Reporting & Communication
- Document repairs and maintenance issues
- Inform building management of any significant concerns
- Address occasional maintenance requests in common areas
Requirements
- Experience in building maintenance or a similar technical role
- Strong hands-on repair skills
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, ventilation, and light electrical work
- Reliable, independent, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work between all our downtown buildings
- Professional appearance and communication
- Excellent physical condition
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle heavy materials and equipment
- Ability to perform sustained physical work (bending, climbing stairs, carrying loads, and standing for extended periods of time)

- Responding to ad-hoc maintenance requests in common areas
Requirements
- Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar technical role
- Strong hands-on technical skills and versatility with minor repairs
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC/ventilation, and light electrical work
- Self-motivated, reliable, discreet, and highly detail-oriented
- Ability to travel between multiple properties (located close to one another)
- Professional appearance and courteous attitude (direct contact with high-end clientele)
- Excellent physical condition:
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle heavy materials and equipment.
- Aptitude for sustained physical labor (bending, climbing stairs, carrying loads, and standing for extended periods).
