Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will assist with our daily operations through data entry, phone correspondence, reporting and filing. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive environment, support our team, and enhance overall office functionality. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating a welcoming workplace. Whether managing schedules, handling correspondence, or supporting other office staff, your contributions will be essential to our success.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications.
Organize and maintain filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure quick retrieval of documents.
Assist with clerical duties such as preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Uphold professional phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems to address inquiries efficiently.
Support customer service efforts by providing timely assistance and resolving routine issues with professionalism.

Experience

Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is required.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Demonstrated ability in data entry with high accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing good phone etiquette.
Knowledge of office procedures such as filing systems, customer support protocols, and front desk operations.
