Full job description

Are you friendly, organized, dependable and someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences?

We are currently looking for a Guest Experience Host / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our resort while helping manage the day-to-day flow of our front office and on-site guest services.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and check-in guests with a warm, professional attitude
Manage reservations, bookings and daily guest workflow
Answer phone calls, emails, guest questions and concerns
Coordinate with housekeepers to organize daily workflow and guest arrivals
Perform reception, administrative and secretarial duties for the resort
Operate our gift shop & general store, including sales, stocking and organization
Assist with the operation of our on-site drink stand
Coordinate and manage kayak rentals
Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming front desk and retail environment
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing and professional personality
Strong multitasking, organization and time-management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Dependable and comfortable working independently
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn our booking, email and POS systems — training will be provided

Experience: Previous customer service, reception, administrative or hospitality experience is an asset, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Seasonal Position—May through October

*2 to 3 days per week*

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
