ADAM Integrated Industries is a locally owned business in the Salmon Arm industrial park, offering full-service metal fabrication and manufacturing to a broad industry base.

With two facilities offering 40,000 square feet of modern work space, ADAM Integrated provides design services, precision cutting, metal manufacturing and fabrication, finishing, packaging and assembly.

Adam has an available opportunity for an experienced Welder.

This full-time position is responsible for reading and interpreting drawings and work orders, and operating welding equipment with a high degree of precision, and attention to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

Journeyman Welding ticket (preferred)
3+ years welding experience
Positive attitude
Great work ethic and an interest in learning new skills
Commitment to compliance, quality and safe work practices
Demonstrated accuracy and pride in work
An interest and ability to work with a dynamic team
Demonstrated accuracy and understanding of measurement and basic math

Experience with MIG and aluminum TIG, fitting and/or building and maintaining jigs is required. This is a daytime position, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
