Forest Ridge began as a family run landscape design, installation, and maintenance company for over 25 years. We have since amalgamated with a nationwide company called Urban Life Solutions. We have divisions spanning from Ontario all the way to Alberta. Our division covers a variety of contracts throughout GTA and surrounding areas, with commercial and residential landscaping projects including hardscaping, softscaping, grading, retaining walls, planting, and sodding. We offer year-round work, including winter maintenance operations.

Positions Available :
- Maintenance crew member / crew lead
- Maintenance Skilled Labourer
- Construction crew member / crew lead
- Construction Skilled Labourer
Ideal Candidate Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or construction roles.
- Safe operation of landscaping and construction equipment, including mowers, trimmers, graders, hand tools, and related machinery.
- Assist Foreperson with construction tasks such as asphalt, concrete work, and other site projects.
- Strong understanding of site safety protocols and quality standards, with the ability to support and enforce them.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working extended hours when required.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and adapt to various tasks, including maintenance, construction, and winter operations.
- Perform other manual labor duties as assigned to support job completion.
Essential Requirement :
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Working mobile phone for calls and messages
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable , Punctual and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions .
- Availability Monday through Saturday .
- Ability to start at 6:00 AM from Uxbridge yard
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
