Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with check-in and preparation for their escape room experience.
Provide clear instructions on game rules, safety guidelines, and story backgrounds to players.
Monitor games to ensure smooth operation and provide hints when requested.
Reset rooms to their original state promptly and accurately after each session.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including game rooms and common areas.
Handle inquiries, and customer concerns in a professional manner, both in-person and via phone or email.
Support promotional events and other activities as needed.

Requirements:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
