Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server/Bottle Service team member to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional guest service in a lively restaurant and nightlife environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred, along with a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant setting while honing your customer service and upselling skills.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive bottle service, ensuring prompt and courteous interactions throughout their visit
Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash or card payments responsibly
Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining cleanliness at all times
Upsell premium bottles or special menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
Manage guest requests promptly, addressing any concerns or special needs with professionalism
Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to sanitation guidelines and restaurant policies
Assist with setup and breakdown of service stations before and after shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills
Follow all food handling protocols and safety procedures to ensure guest health and safety

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; experience with serving or bottle service is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or guests efficiently during busy periods
Basic math skills for billing, tipping, and cash handling purposes
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed; a positive attitude is essential

This role provides an engaging environment for individuals passionate about hospitality who enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests while developing their professional skills.

Pay: $100.00-$150.00 per day
