The Key Responsibilities of the Revenue and Marketing Manager includes;

Oversee revenue management strategies, forecasting, inventory control, and pricing across all mountain properties
Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, seasonality, and demand patterns
Prepare weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and contribute to annual budgeting
Manage and optimize OTA, CRS, and direct booking channel performance
Monitor and report key performance indicators including occupancy, ADR, website conversion, PPC, and digital marketing performance
Collaborate with Head Office on marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
Ensure all online property content and distribution channels remain current and optimized
Monitor guest sentiment and online reputation and recommend operational improvements
Maintain strong relationships with OTAs, tourism partners, wholesalers, and local associations

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous hotel revenue management and/or hotel marketing experience required
Strong understanding of mountain resort and leisure travel markets
Experience with hotel PMS, CRS, channel managers, OTA extranets, CRM systems, and revenue management tools
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Analytics, PPC, and social media
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-property environment
Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or Revenue Management education considered an asset
