Full job description

THE ROLE

As a Wealth Management Assistant, you will be at the center of the practice, working directly with our Advisors and responsible for providing complete administrative support. You must be energized by people, detail oriented, and take pride in doing things right. The successful candidate will be self‑motivated, highly organized, with strong communication skills and a passion for client service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support the Advisors with ongoing client service, often as the first point of contact
Manage administrative requirements for account openings, transfers, KYC updates, and transactions
Coordinate client meetings, preparation of materials, and follow up on documentation
Maintain compliant client files in accordance with CIRO regulations
Understand required documentation and rules for all account types

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Active CIRO MFDA license (Mutual Fund licensed)
Experience in the investment services industry and an understanding of wealth management practice operations
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities for yourself and the team
Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience is an asset
Professional client‑service communication skills
