Our incredible team includes Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), and Acupuncturists. Key Responsibilities :

Commit fully to your paid onboarding program to get up to speed quickly.
Deliver an exceptional, welcoming patient experience over the phone and at the front desk.
Master our clinic software to easily schedule patients, manage workflows, invoice, and collect payments.
Provide empathetic, high-level support to patients and healthcare providers in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Participate in continuous training and sign up for monthly "ROCKS" to hit your personal development targets.
Keep track of simple weekly metrics to monitor and celebrate your own success.

Preferred Qualifications (NOT Required):

Prior experience in retail settings or inbound/outbound phone environments.
Previous work in a healthcare setting (medical office, clinic reception, or Medical Secretary Diploma).
Familiarity with physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic, or acupuncture environments.
Casual exposure to third-party billing portals (Telus Health, Blue Cross, Provider Connect, MVA, or WSIB/WCB).
Comfortable learning new computer software, data entry, and handling basic office equipment.
