Position Title: Outside Sales Representative - Environmental Services

Location: Barrie/ Vaughan.

Salary: CA$70,000.00 - CA$80,000.00 per year

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to support and grow our Environmental Services division. This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our environmental solutions across a defined territory. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the environmental services sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, property managers, and commercial/industrial stakeholders
Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and service agreements
Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Manage and grow an existing book of business while consistently generating new leads
Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings
Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in outside sales, within environmental services, waste management, Chemical sales, hazardous Waste Sales or a related industry
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience selling environmental services such as waste management, remediation, or recycling solutions
Existing network within construction, property management, or industrial sectors
Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards.
Territory ( Vaughan -> Barrie -> Owen’s Sound)
