Barrie Ford is currently seeking an Administrative & Sales Assistant to join our leadership team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Sales Assistant to support our daily operations and client engagement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative, communication, and logistical tasks that ensure smooth business functioning and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain records in databases and internal systems.
Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients; respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
Task Organization: Assist with managing schedules, tracking to-do lists, and ensuring all team tasks are organized and completed on time.
Email Follow-Ups: Monitor and follow up on emails to ensure all communication threads are complete and no opportunities or inquiries are missed.
Vehicle Deliveries: Coordinate and manage vehicle delivery logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and client communication. Sales Follow-Ups: Support the sales team by following up with leads and clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in an administrative or sales support role is a plus
Valid driver’s license
Background in automotive, retail, or customer service industries an asset
