Join Our Team as a Front of House Staff / Barista at Mmm Donuts • Café & Bakery! (Georgian Mall & Orillia locations)

Do you love the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the sight of perfectly glazed donuts? At Mmm Donuts • Café & Bakery, we’re all about creating a warm, welcoming space where our customers can enjoy delicious treats and exceptional service. If you’re passionate about hospitality and have a knack for creating memorable customer experiences, we’d love to have you on our team!

What You'll Do

As a Front of House Staff / Barista, you’ll be the face of our café, ensuring every customer feels valued and cared for. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers with a smile and taking their orders accurately.
Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and baked goods.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café’s front-of-house area.
Answering customer inquiries and making recommendations about our menu items.
Handling transactions efficiently and responsibly.
Collaborating with the team to create a positive and smooth-running environment.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a café or food service setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members alike.
A passion for coffee, baked goods, and delivering excellent service.
The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
