Job Overview

Position: Team Member / Crew MemberCompany: Papa Johns Pizza

As a team member at Papa Johns Pizza, you will help provide excellent customer service while preparing high-quality pizzas and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly service.
Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Papa Johns standards.
Operate the POS system and process payments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is an asset, but training can be provided.
