The Residential Garage Door Advisor exists to help Canadoor deliver an exceptional residential customer experience while capturing more sales opportunities through fast response times, strong follow-up, and professional product guidance.
This role plays a key part in growing our residential division by helping homeowners feel confident, informed, and taken care of from the first conversation to the final sale.

Meet with homeowners virtually and in the showroom (both Barrie and Orillia) to provide product recommendations and consultations

Prepare accurate residential garage door estimates and quotes

Follow up consistently on leads, quotes, and technician-generated opportunities

Guide customers through garage door, opener, and product selections
-
Maintain accurate customer information, notes, and quotes inside ServiceTitan

Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom experience

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction

Stay current on products, pricing, and market trends

Represent the Canadoor brand professionally in every interaction

Confident, polished, and professional in customer interactions

Minimum 2 years of sales experience required

Ability to manage appointments, follow-ups, and customer interactions independently

Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Experience with ServiceTitan, home improvement sales, or showroom sales is considered an asset

Experience in garage doors, construction, renovation, or exterior products is considered an asset
Within the first 6 months, you are consistently managing residential leads independently, improving quote conversion rates through strong follow-up, contributing to showroom growth, and delivering a professional customer experience that reflects the Canadoor brand.

$60,000 – $125,000 annually (commission-based compensation structure)
