We take pride in being a hidden gem for locals and visitors alike, offering a memorable dining experience in every season.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Cook to join our team. The Lead Cook will play a key role in day-to-day kitchen operations, supporting menu execution, supervising line staff, and ensuring consistency and quality in every dish that leaves the kitchen. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with others, and has a passion for creating great food.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and efficiency
Assist with training, guiding, and supporting line cooks and kitchen staff
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
Support menu specials, prep, and event offerings as needed
Monitor inventory, portioning, and minimize food waste
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with management to maintain a positive, team-focused kitchen environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Line Cook or Lead Cook in a restaurant setting
Strong cooking skills and knowledge of culinary techniques
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Organizational skills with attention to detail and consistency
Food Handler’s Certification required
