Taproom Server @ our Baysville Taproom (PT, seasonal)

Our taproom and retail store is located just a stone’s throw from the South Muskoka River.

As a Taproom Server, you will be responsible for serving drinks to guests and ensuring quality standards are met.

This is a part-time role which is set to end in early September.

What YOU will be doing:

Building relationships with our biggest fans and customers, by sharing your passion and knowledge of craft beer
Making merch, beer and food recommendations that fit your customers' needs
Serving alcoholic beverages
Managing your assigned patio space to ensure customer expectations are met
Maintaining a safe, clean and orderly workspace
Performing all required payment transactions efficiently and accurately
Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer questions, concerns or issues regarding products or services

What YOU bring to the table:

Must be Smart Serve certified
Strong multi-tasking abilities
Experience in a retail, food and beverage or customer service role
Enthusiasm and a passion for craft beer (a big win for us, but not necessary!)
Dedicated to excellent service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills
Positive, professional, and a friendly attitude

Working Conditions:

Evenings, weekends, and day shifts
Extended periods of walking and standing
Must be able to reliably commute to shift
