About ISSERVICE

ISSERVICE is a managed IT services provider supporting small and mid-sized organizations across the Niagara and surrounding regions. We focus on practical, reliable technology solutions, strong customer relationships, and disciplined service delivery. We are in a period of operational stabilization and growth and are adding to our technical bench.

Role Summary

The Network & Computer Technician is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to clients across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud services. This role is hands-on, customer-facing, and execution-focused. You will work independently on assigned tickets and scheduled visits while collaborating closely with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote support for Windows-based desktops and laptops
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches)
Support Microsoft 365, email, backups, and basic cloud services
Accurately document work performed in tickets and time entries
Ensure all customer visits are scheduled and updated in the service calendar
Work tickets toward closure within established service targets
Escalate issues appropriately and follow internal communication protocols

Required Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a technical support or MSP environment
Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and common business applications
Customer-service mindset with clear and professional communication
Ability to manage time, priorities, and documentation independently
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Familiarity with backup solutions and basic cybersecurity concepts
MSP or multi-client environment experience
