WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Lumenwerx is looking for a self-motivated, hands-on Project Manager for the after sales servicing of our products. This Project Manager role is ideal for somebody with a technical background and is comfortable with mechanical and electrical systems. While working in an office environment, you should be comfortable in a construction and factory setting to in helping to resolve issues. The individual will work as part of a cross functional team consisting of customer service, operations, manufacturing and design.

A successful candidate will be a resourceful problem solver that is able to work around obstacles, implement practical solutions and successfully partner with all other departments. Work with the field sales network to provide lighting design, technical support while maintaining efficiency and courtesy throughout the work day. The candidate will be working directly with sales agents, specifiers, contractors and architects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Primary functions are trouble shooting issues with products that are installed in customer location. This involves phone support, project management
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in partnership with the engineers while delivering the required support service to our customers;
Working directly with customers, provide timely response to requests, juggle shifting priorities and keep on top of deadlines and follow up;
Ensure all post sale requests are processed accurately, through the various channels;
Solving problems independently, yet asks for help and direction when faced with unusual or complex situations;
Taking individual initiative to get things done by actively working to improve current processes.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

DEC in engineering technologies, or electro-mechanics;
2 years of related experience in customer service, after sales or account manager role in lighting, manufacturing architectural, design engineering, or construction industry;
Experience working in a manufacturing facility or other light industrial exposure;
Proficient in order processing, customer service and telephone skills;
Outstanding communication in English and French, both orally and in writing as most customers are based outside Quebec.
Attention-to-detail and the ability to prioritize;
Demonstrates conflict resolution and problem solving skills;
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure without close supervision as well as working in close collaboration with team members and other departments.

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS:

Ce rôle de gestionnaire de projets est idéal pour une personne ayant une formation technique et à l'aise avec les systèmes mécaniques et électriques. Lorsque vous travaillez dans un environnement de bureau, vous devez être à l'aise dans un environnement de construction et d'usine pour aider à résoudre les problèmes. La personne travaillera au sein d'une équipe interfonctionnelle composée du service à la clientèle, des opérations, de la fabrication et de la conception.
Un(e) candidat(e) retenu(e) sera un(e) résolveur(se) de problèmes ingénieux(se) capable de contourner les obstacles, de mettre en œuvre des solutions pratiques et de s'associer avec succès à tous les autres départements. Travailler avec le réseau de vente sur le terrain pour fournir la conception de l'éclairage, le soutien technique tout en maintenant l'efficacité et la courtoisie tout au long de la journée de travail. Le(la) candidat(e) travaillera directement avec les agents commerciaux, les prescripteurs, les entrepreneurs et les architectes.

CE QUE VOUS ALLEZ FAIRE:

Les fonctions principales incluent les problèmes de dépannage avec les produits qui sont installés sur le site du client ;
Cela implique une assistance téléphonique, une gestion de projets ;
Maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle en partenariat avec les ingénieurs tout en offrant le service de soutien requis à nos clients ;
Travailler directement avec les clients, fournir une réponse rapide aux demandes, jongler avec les priorités changeantes et respecter les délais et assurer le suivi ;
S'assurer que toutes les demandes après-ventes sont traitées avec précision, à travers les différents canaux ;
Résoudre des problèmes de façon autonome, mais demander de l'aide et des directives lorsque confronté(e) à des situations inhabituelles ou complexes;
Prendre des initiatives individuelles pour faire avancer les choses en travaillant activement à l'amélioration des processus actuels.

COMPÉTENCES ET CONNAISSANCES QUE VOUS DEVEZ POSSÉDER :

DEC en technologies du génie ou électromécanique;
2 ans d'expérience connexe dans le service à la clientèle, le service après-vente ou le rôle de gestionnaire de compte dans l'industrie de l'éclairage, de la fabrication architecturale, de l'ingénierie de conception ou de la construction ;
Expérience de travail dans une usine de fabrication ou autre exposition industrielle légère;
Maîtrise du traitement des commandes, du service à la clientèle et du téléphone;
Excellente communication en anglais et en français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ; puisque plusieurs de nos clients sont situés à l'extérieur du Québec,
Souci du détail et capacité à prioriser;
Démontre des compétences en résolution de conflits et en résolution de problèmes;
Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en relations interpersonnelles;
Connaissance pratique de Microsoft Word et Excel;
Capacité démontrée à travailler sous pression sans supervision étroite ainsi qu'à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe et d'autres départements.
