Vous connaissez la mécanique sur le bout de vos doigts ? Vous aimez trouver la pièce rare qui sauvera la journée d'un client ? Nous cherchons un.e Commis aux pièces passionné.e pour devenir le moteur de notre service après-vente.

Votre mission au quotidien

En tant que spécialiste des pièces, vous serez le chef d'orchestre de l'inventaire et du service :

Accueillir et conseiller les clients (au comptoir et au téléphone) avec brio, en leur proposant les meilleures solutions et accessoires.
Fournir avec précision les pièces nécessaires à l'atelier pour que les réparations tournent rond.
Recevoir, étiqueter, organiser et commander les pièces. Vous veillez à ce que rien ne manque et que tout soit à sa place.
Suivre les commandes spéciales, gérer les retours et collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour dénicher l'introuvable.

Le profil que nous recherchons

Vous détenez une carte de compétences (CPA) ou une solide expérience dans le domaine.
Vous avez le sourire dans la voix et la satisfaction client à cœur.
Vous savez gérer les priorités (et les urgences !) sans perdre votre calme.
Vous collaborez naturellement avec les conseillers techniques et les mécaniciens.

Your Daily Mission

As a Parts Specialist, you will be the conductor of our inventory and service departments:

Greet and advise customers (at the counter and over the phone) with brio, offering them the best solutions and accessories.
Accurately provide the necessary parts to the shop to keep repairs running smoothly.
Receive, label, organize, and order parts. You ensure that nothing is missing and everything is in its place.
Track special orders, manage returns, and collaborate with suppliers to track down the "impossible to find."

The Profile We Are Looking For

You hold a competency card (CPA) or have solid experience in the field.
You have a "smile in your voice" and put customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do.
You know how to manage priorities (and emergencies!) without losing your cool.
You collaborate naturally with service advisors and mechanics.

$21 to $30 per hour, based on experience
