Full job description

Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in digital marketing and sales? We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and sales growth. You will leverage the foundational knowledge from your recent studies to help manage our e-commerce platform, create engaging digital content, and support our overall sales efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry, tech-savvy graduate to gain hands-on, multi-faceted experience and grow alongside a supportive team!

Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management: Learn our system to assist with e-commerce updates, product listings, website adjustments, and online customer experience optimization.
Content Creation & Social Media: Help draft engaging copy, design basic visuals, and coordinate content schedules for our social media channels, newsletters, and website.
Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns across email, search, and social platforms.
Sales Integration: Support the sales team by analyzing online customer inquiries, tracking leads generated from marketing efforts, and ensuring a smooth transition from digital traffic to closed sales.
Marketing Analytics: Monitor, track, and report on weekly website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to see what’s working.

Qualifications

Education: Recent graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Professional Sales, or a closely related program.
Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of social media platforms and standard office software (Excel, Word). Prior exposure to e-commerce platforms or basic design tools (like Canva) is a major asset.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and maintaining a professional brand voice.
Analytical & Proactive: A data-friendly mindset with the ability to look at numbers, draw basic conclusions, and proactively suggest creative solutions.
Attitude: A strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and an eagerness to take direction, learn quickly, and collaborate with different teams.
