Kid's Mondo Learning Centre Inc. is a newly established childcare facility in Belleville dedicated to creating a positive, loving, and inclusive environment. We prioritize the health, safety, and wellness of children by fostering mutual respect, patience, and creativity. Guided by the 'How Does Learning Happen?' pedagogy, we aim to support children's development as competent and curious learners.

Summary

Primary Teacher position. Join our team to inspire young minds and contribute to a nurturing educational environment that values creativity and inclusivity. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the early learning experiences of children at our centre.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education principles.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress.
Support children's social-emotional development through positive interactions.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in early childhood education or as a primary teacher.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of inclusive education practices.
Bilingual abilities (English/French) are highly desirable.
Familiarity with child development standards and safety regulations.
Passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
