Project Manager – Full-Time

Top Pick Painters is hiring a Project Manager to join our growing team in Belleville, Ontario. This is a full-time, onsite position paying $70,000–$110,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses.

What You'll Do

Manage residential painting projects from start to finish.
Coordinate project schedules with customers, crews, and subcontractors.
Conduct project kickoff meetings and ensure crews have everything required for success.
Visit active job sites to monitor quality, safety, production, and customer satisfaction.
Complete quality control inspections and final walkthroughs.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Ensure projects stay on schedule while meeting a minimum gross profit target of 60%, while consistently working toward our company goal of 65%+ gross profit through effective planning, production management, quality control, and change order management.
Track project documentation, change orders, and completion paperwork.
Coach crews and subcontractors to maintain Top Pick Painters' quality standards.
Work closely with the sales and office teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Represent Top Pick Painters professionally at every customer interaction.
