Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with inquiries.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases and inquiries.
Process transactions accurately.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Stocking coolers, LCBO , shelves, processing product returns and intakes.
Answer phone calls professionally, addressing customer questions or concerns.
Communicating with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
Changing garbage, cleaning washrooms and shelves, along with general upkeep to the windows and coffee center.

Qualifications

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
Previous cashiering experience is preferred but not required.
Proficient in English
Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
Familiarity with phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
Experience in technical sales or upselling is a plus.
Ability to operate POS systems effectively.
Open availability- must be able to work all shifts.
Own transportation a bonus.
