Candidate Profile

Requirements

Education & Experience

Training in administration, real estate, project management, construction, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in property management (major asset).
Experience in construction, renovation, or building maintenance (major asset).
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects.

Technical Knowledge

Good understanding of building components.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to read plans, specifications, and technical documents.
Experience managing suppliers and contractors.
Knowledge of commercial and residential leases (asset).

Computer Skills

Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
Solid knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Experience with project management software.
Experience with Microsoft Planner, Power Automate, or similar tools (asset).

High level of autonomy.
Exceptional sense of initiative.
Natural leadership.
Professionalism.
Diligence and rigor.

Ability to prioritize effectively.
