Job Description

What does the light housekeeping home care assistant position entail?

Under the supervision of the assigned agent, the home care assistant will carry out the continuous service plan for assigned clients.

Specifically, you will be required to:

Daily Tasks

Perform regular housekeeping tasks;
Prepare meals;
Run errands (groceries, pharmacies, etc.) when necessary.

Customer Services

Depending on assignments and plans Work schedules agreed with clients, and perform a range of light tasks, as described in the employee handbook;
Participate in the evaluation of ADDA services based on requests from management staff.

Administrative Results and Performance

Have client invoices signed using a tablet;
Complete any requested administrative documents;
Participate in training activities scheduled by ADDA;
Share with all staff all relevant information to update their tasks and develop their respective skills.

General Skills:

Knowledge of common products and tools used for maintenance housekeeping;
Knowledge of managing tasks related to domestic assistance;
0 to two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar role.
