Notre client, un employeur reconnu du secteur agroalimentaire, recherche un(e) superviseur(e) de production pour soutenir une équipe syndiquée dans un environnement moderne, structuré et axé sur la qualité.

Vos responsabilités

· Superviser, mobiliser et accompagner les employés de production durant votre quart de travail.

· Planifier les priorités et répartir les ressources afin d’atteindre les objectifs de production.

· Veiller au respect des normes de qualité, d’hygiène, de salubrité alimentaire et de santé-sécurité.

· Intervenir rapidement lors d’écarts de production et coordonner les actions correctives.

· Suivre les indicateurs de performance et participer activement aux initiatives d’amélioration continue.

· Assurer une communication fluide avec les équipes de qualité, maintenance, logistique et gestion.

· Appliquer la convention collective et contribuer à maintenir des relations de travail constructives.

Profil recherché

· DEC en procédés et qualité des aliments ou formation équivalente; un BAC en sciences et technologie des aliments constitue un atout.

· Expérience en supervision d’une équipe syndiquée.

· Expérience en production alimentaire et connaissance des bonnes pratiques d’hygiène/HACCP.

· Leadership mobilisateur, jugement, capacité à établir les priorités et aisance sur le plancher.

· Excellente maîtrise du français; l’anglais constitue un atout.

· Disponibilité pour les quarts de 12 heures, incluant les nuits et les fins de semaine en rotation.

Your responsibilities

· Supervise, coach and engage production employees throughout the shift.

· Set priorities and allocate resources to meet production targets.

· Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, sanitation and occupational health and safety standards.

· Respond quickly to production issues and coordinate corrective actions.

· Monitor performance indicators and actively support continuous improvement initiatives.

· Maintain strong communication with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics and Management teams.

· Apply the collective agreement and foster constructive labour relations.

What you bring

· Diploma in food processing and quality or an equivalent qualification; a bachelor’s degree in food science and technology is an asset.

· Experience supervising a unionized workforce.

· Food production experience and knowledge of GMP/HACCP practices.

· Engaging leadership style, sound judgment, strong prioritization skills and a visible floor presence.

· Strong French communication skills; English is an asset.

· Availability for 12-hour shifts, including nights and rotating weekends.
