Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pizza and Shawarma Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas and shawarma, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic food industry setting, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and shawarma according to established recipes and customer specifications
Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is cooked to the highest standards of quality and safety
Maintain proper food handling procedures in compliance with food safety regulations
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to customers or servers
Assist in food presentation and garnishing to enhance visual appeal
Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift
Follow all health and safety guidelines during food preparation and service
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or food service environment
Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
Ability to prepare meals efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for meal preparation and presentation
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Experience with pizza making techniques and shawarma preparation is preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
