Phoenix Grey is a small business in Downtown Toronto, servicing both local and international clients from small renovations to custom new builds. We are looking to expand our team to add a full-time member who focuses on AutoCAD to assist in producing full working drawing sets.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and possess expertise in various software tools and technical skills essential for architectural design and drafting.

**Responsibilities:**

- Utilize AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other software tools to create detailed architectural drawings and models

- Assist in the development of architectural plans, elevations, and sections

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design specifications are met

- Conduct construction estimating and assist in budgeting for projects

- Prepare documentation for building permits and regulatory approvals

- Utilize CAD software for drafting and design purposes

- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to

- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic presentations

**Experience:**

- Proficiency in Sketchup, CAD, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience in construction estimating and budgeting

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
