Description
DLC Services d'aménagement paysager crée de magnifiques aménagements paysagers et fournit des services d'entretien fiables. Nous recherchons un(e) ouvriers(ères) en aménagement paysager motivés(es) pour se joindre à nos équipes d’entretien de pelouse, de jardins et de construction.

Ce poste est parfait pour une personne qui aime travailler à l’extérieur, apprendre de nouvelles compétences et contribuer à des projets variés. Vous travaillerez aux côtés d’un chef d’équipe et l’appuierez dans les tâches quotidiennes d’entretien et de construction.

Nous offrons un salaire compétitif, un environnement stimulant et la possibilité d’un emploi à l’année (incluant le déneigement en hiver).

Rôle et responsabilités

Apprendre les techniques d’entretien paysager et suivre les consignes du chef d’équipe
Aider à l’entretien de propriétés résidentielles et commerciales
Utiliser divers équipements tels que :
tondeuse poussée
taille-haies
sécateurs
souffleur à dos
coupe-herbe
Participer à des travaux de construction paysagère tels que :
maçonnerie et pose de pierre
installation de pavé uni
coffrage, coulage et finition de ciment (pargage)
menuiserie
plantation d’arbres de grande taille
Respecter les procédures de sécurité et porter l’équipement requis
Travailler efficacement dans un environnement rapide avec des délais à respecter

Compétences recherchées

Bonne condition physique et capacité de travailler à l’extérieur jusqu’à 10 heures par jour
Ponctualité, esprit d’équipe et capacité à suivre les consignes
Expérience en aménagement paysager, horticulture ou construction (un atout)
Français et/ou anglais

Landscape Labourer (Lawn, Garden and/or Construction)

Location: Kirkland, QC
Position: Full-Time and/or Part-Time

Description

DLC Landscape Services, creates beautiful landscapes and provides dependable care. We are looking for full-time Landscape Labourers to join our lawn maintenance, garden, and construction teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a hardworking crew.

Landscape Labourers support the Crew Chief with daily tasks such as mowing, gardening, seasonal clean-ups, and landscape construction projects.

We offer competitive wages, opportunities to grow, and the potential for year-round work (including snow removal in the winter).

What you’ll do

Learn landscaping, gardening, and/or construction techniques under the guidance of a Crew Chief
Assist with daily maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties
Use landscaping tools and equipment such as:
push lawn mowers
hedge trimmers
pruners
backpack blowers
trimmers
Support construction projects such as:
stonework and masonry
bricklaying
paving stone (pave-uni) installation
cement forming, pouring, and parging
carpentry
large tree planting
Follow safety procedures and properly use safety equipment at all times
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

What we’re looking for

Strong physical condition and ability to work outdoors up to 10 hours/day
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Landscaping, horticulture, or construction experience is an asset (but not required)
Comfortable working in French and/or English
