For more than 30 years, experienced teams have coordinated projects that require a broad knowledge of technologies in the energy industry, in the institutional and public sector. Our know-how includes medium voltage switchgear, power cable pulling, control and securing of equipment.

Do you like challenges? Do you want to be part of a young and dynamic team? Ondel Inc. is currently looking for a project director to assist the construction director. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of each project by respecting deadlines, budgets and established quality standards. Your role will also consist of leading a team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project management process. Join our experienced team now!

What will your work day look like?

Develop detailed project plans, defining objectives, deadlines, required resources and success criteria;
Supervise the execution of projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards;
Establish performance indicators and monitoring mechanisms to evaluate the progress of projects;
Lead, motivate and develop your project teams;
Identify training needs and promote the development of team skills;
Establish solid working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders;
Communicate transparently and regularly on the progress of projects to the parties concerned;
Coordinate work with the group's various departments;
Proactively respond to problems and obstacles encountered during project delivery.

Carry out all other related tasks linked to the smooth running of the company's activities.

YOU HAVE:

BAC in electrical engineering or related field or equivalent experience;
5 to 10 years of experience in project management in the field of industrial or institutional electricity;
Good knowledge of the Office suite, mainly Outlook and Excel;
Knowledge of MS Project (an asset);
Experience in industrial and institutional projects
Good command of written and spoken French;
Good command of written and spoken English (an asset).
