About Konfidis Realty

Konfidis Realty is a Toronto-based real estate brokerage committed to providing knowledgeable, responsive, and results-driven real estate service to buyers and sellers. We are looking for an experienced, licensed real estate agent to join the Konfidis Realty team as an independent contractor.

This opportunity is ideal for a confident real estate professional with strong negotiation skills who is comfortable representing clients, managing transactions, and helping buyers achieve the best possible outcomes.

This position will support buyers through our Keypr business (keypr.ca). This opportunity is ideal for licensed real estate professionals that are seeking steady earnings while supporting their real estate business.

Responsibilities

Represent buyers throughout residential real estate transactions
Prepare, review, present, and negotiate offers and counteroffers
Advocate for clients’ interests during negotiations
Guide clients through the purchase process
Provide market insights
Coordinate with clients, cooperating agents, lawyers, mortgage professionals, inspectors, and other parties
Maintain timely and professional communication throughout each transaction
Prepare and manage real estate documents accurately
Follow all applicable RECO requirements, brokerage policies, and professional standards
Provide a high level of client service from the initial consultation through closing

Qualifications

Active Ontario real estate registration in good standing with RECO
Previous experience representing buyers, sellers, or both
Demonstrated experience negotiating residential real estate transactions
Strong knowledge of offers, counteroffers, conditions, and transaction documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, dependable, organized, and responsive
Strong client-service and relationship-management skills
Able to manage responsibilities independently while collaborating with a team
Familiarity with the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario real estate market is an asset

Ideal Candidate

You are an experienced real estate agent who is confident at the negotiating table and committed to protecting your clients’ interests. You communicate clearly, remain composed under pressure, and understand how to move a transaction forward while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Compensation

This is a pay for service AND commission-based independent-contractor opportunity. Preferential commission splits will be offered and discussed with qualified candidates based on experience and the nature of the working arrangement.
