The Company

We are a leading cloud-based software platform designed for the healthcare and pharmacy sectors, empowering professionals to record, analyze, and prevent medication errors. As we continue to expand our software's footprint globally, we are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team for a 6-month contract.

The Role

We are seeking a versatile, tech-forward marketer who excels at event logistics and digital execution. In this role, your primary focus will be driving our conference presence and event execution, ensuring Pharmapod stands out at major industry trade shows and events. When you aren't managing event logistics, you will be leveraging our modern marketing stack to run digital campaigns, manage project timelines, and keep our audience engaged. We embrace modern workflows, meaning you will actively use AI tools to scale production and maximize output. Key Responsibilities

Conference & Event Execution: Lead the end-to-end coordination and logistics for upcoming industry conferences, trade shows, and virtual events. This includes managing booth design, shipping materials, coordinating team schedules, ordering promotional items, and ensuring a flawless on-site presence.
Event Lead Management: Own the strategy for event lead capture. Set up workflows to transition conference leads into Salesforce and launch targeted post-event follow-up sequences using Apollo and Intercom.
Outbound & Inbound Campaigns: Assist in building targeted audience segments and executing email sequencing campaigns within Apollo to drive software demos and build the pipeline.
AI-Assisted Production: Utilize generative AI tools to accelerate content production, brainstorm copy variants, and scale marketing assets (like event flyers, social announcements, and follow-up emails) while maintaining Pharmapod’s high standards.
Content & Design: Draft compelling copy for emails, newsletters, and social media. Create clean, eye-catching visual assets and event collateral using Canva.
Project Management: Keep event timelines and marketing initiatives moving seamlessly from ideation to completion by owning updates within Asana.

What You Bring

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a marketing coordination role, with proven experience managing logistics for corporate events, trade shows, or industry conferences. Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare tech is a massive plus.
Event Savvy: Exceptional organizational and project management skills; you are someone who anticipates logistical hurdles before they happen and thrives under the pressure of live events.
AI Literacy: Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar) as a superpower to speed up drafting, event promotions, and asset production.
Communication Skills: Sharp copywriting and networking skills, with the ability to represent Pharmapod professionally both in writing and in person.

The Pharmapod Tech Stack:

Exceptional organizational skills with proficiency in Asana for event tracking and timeline management.
Proven experience with Apollo (for prospecting/sequencing) and Salesforce (CRM) to manage lead flows.
Hands-on familiarity with Intercom for customer messaging and engagement.
A strong eye for design with experience using Canva to create marketing and event collateral.

This is a full-time, 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension into a permanent role. The expected hourly rate is $30–$35, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Think Research does not require Canadian work experience for this role.

Think Research may use artificial intelligence–enabled tools to support parts of the recruitment process, such as application screening or candidate matching. These tools are used to assist — not replace — human decision-making.
