Full job description

At Flourish Family Chiropractic, we believe healthcare should feel personal, welcoming, and rooted in community. We are growing and looking for a kind, organized, and heart-led Chiropractic Assistant / Administrative Team Member to join us full-time, supporting both our Nobleton and Bond Head locations.

We are a multidisciplinary wellness clinic offering chiropractic care, naturopathy, acupuncture, osteopathy, athletic therapy, massage therapy, and pelvic floor physiotherapy. Our mission is to create a space where families feel supported, heard, and empowered in their health journey.

Availability/ Location

This position requires working at both clinic locations:

Tuesday 11am-7pm Nobleton
Thursday 11am-7pm Nobleton
Saturdays 1-2 a month could be in either Nobleton or Bond Head

Applicants must have access to a vehicle and be comfortable commuting between both clinics.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will help create a warm and seamless patient experience by:

Greeting and checking patients in and out with genuine care
Answering phones, emails, and patient inquiries
Scheduling appointments for our multidisciplinary team
Submitting and managing extended health insurance billing
Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient files
Managing clinic flow and organization
Supporting communication between patients and practitioners
Opening and closing the clinic (key-holder responsibilities)
Maintaining a clean, calm, and beautiful clinic environment
Managing inventory and stock levels
Assisting with minor IT/Mac troubleshooting
Supporting social media and in-clinic content creation

We’re looking for someone who:

Is warm, confident, and professional
Loves building relationships and making people feel comfortable
Thrives in a team environment
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Can multitask while staying calm and positive
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Is comfortable using Mac computers
Is confident using Canva and contributing to social media content
Has experience with administrative or medical reception (preferred)
Has experience with extended healthcare billing (preferred)
Has used JaneApp (an asset, but we will train the right person)

This is a part-time permanent position, with consistent hours across both clinic locations. As we continue to grow, there is opportunity for increased responsibility and leadership within the administrative team.
