What You'll Be Doing:

Lead, coach, and support a team of skilled technicians, service advisors, and support staff
Foster a customer-first culture from the moment a customer arrives until long after the job is complete
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality workmanship
Set, monitor, and achieve key performance goals, including customer satisfaction and departmental profitability
Ensure every vehicle is repaired accurately, efficiently, and right the first time
Handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
Work closely with the Parts and Sales departments to create a seamless customer experience and efficient workflow
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment for your team

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience managing or assisting in the management of a dealership or high-volume automotive service department
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and lead by example
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
Experience using dealership management software
AST certifications are considered an asset but are not required
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
