Full job description

Prio Auto Service is looking for a reliable and organized Service Reception & Intake Coordinator to manage our front desk and customer intake on Saturdays.

This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, professional, comfortable speaking with customers, and able to keep the service department organized throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Greet customers arriving at the service department
Check customers and vehicles in for service
Gather information about vehicle concerns and requested repairs
Create and schedule service appointments
Coordinate with mechanics to determine whether repairs or services can be completed the same day
Communicate estimated timelines and updates to customers
Maintain an organized schedule for the service department
Record customer, vehicle, and service information accurately
Assist with basic front-desk and administrative duties
Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional and friendly attitude
Organized and able to manage multiple customers, calls, and appointments
Comfortable working independently
Basic computer skills
Reliable and punctual
Automotive experience or knowledge is an asset, but not required
Previous receptionist, customer service, service advisor, or automotive shop experience is an asset

Schedule

Every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

This is a part-time Saturday position with the possibility of additional hours depending on business needs.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who can confidently manage the front of the service department, make customers feel welcome, keep appointments organized, and communicate effectively with our mechanics to help determine what work can be completed that day.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 per week
