Full job description

2026 looks to be another challenging year in the mortgage industry. So we are having a spring hiring "Special".

No need to be concerned negotiating splits!

If you are new to the industry and have recently completed the mortgage course, we will welcome you to the team and start you with a 75% commission split.
If you are in your first year of being a mortgage agent and have funded a couple of deals, we will start you at an 80% commission split.
For experienced mortgage agents that are funding $5million/year on average, let's chat about a starting split of 90%.
Splits are all inclusive meaning volume bonus, broker fees and insurance revenues are included.

What should you know before expressing your interest?

We are looking for agents throughout the province of Ontario with specific needs in the following regions - Windsor, London, Kingston, Durham, Kitchener/Waterloo and Ottawa
A Mortgage license or recent completion of either the Remic or MPC mortgage course.

Please note - This is a commission based role.
