The Opportunity
We’re hiring a full-time or fixed term, seasonal Power Washing Technician for the upcoming season.

What You’ll Do
- Perform pressure washing and soft washing on a variety of surfaces
- Assess each project and determine the appropriate cleaning method
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage hoses, ladders, and job site setup/teardown
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and work environment
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure work meets company standards
- Monitor inventory and maintain job readiness
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality

Requirements
- Valid G driver’s license (required)
- Ability to work 44–60 hours/week during peak season
- Willingness to travel throughout Muskoka
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Pressure washing, soft washing, or similar hands-on field work
- Safe handling of cleaning chemicals
- Experience driving trucks and trailers
Certifications (Assets)
- Working at Heights
- Boom Lift / Elevated Work Platform
- WHMIS
Compensation & Perks
- $30–$40/hour, based on experience and performance
