We’re a creative agency that builds bold, standout brands through design, digital, and strategy. We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and tech-savvy Social Media Coordinator who’s ready to jump in, create killer content, and help our clients shine online and off.
About the Role
You’ll be managing and creating content for multiple client social accounts, shooting and editing reels, photos, and videos, and ensuring every post feels on-brand, on-trend, and on time. You’ll also assist around the office, helping clients, coordinating projects, and supporting the team in other areas when needed.
This isn’t just a social media job — it’s a creative support role where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, stories, etc.) for client accounts
- Manage multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Write captions and develop content calendars
- Schedule posts and track performance
- Assist with general office duties — answering phones, coordinating with clients, organizing shoots, and helping across departments
- Visit client sites for content shoots (valid driver’s licence required)
- Use AI and creative tools to improve efficiency, brainstorm ideas, and enhance creative output
You Should Have
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or content creation
- A creative eye and strong attention to detail
- Comfort being both behind and in front of the camera (if needed)
- A basic understanding of branding and visual consistency
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work in-office Part-time (Bradford, ON) and travel locally for shoots
Tools & Skills We’re Looking For
(You don’t need all of these, but a mix of them helps you stand out!)
- Social Media Tools: Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva
- Photo/Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, InShot
- Design & AI Tools: Canva, Adobe Express, ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Descript, CapCut AI editing features
- Photography & Videography: Smartphone and DSLR basics, lighting, composition
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience creating UGC-style content
- Know how to use trending audio and current formats creatively
- Have an understanding of small business marketing and storytelling

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
