Our growing team is looking for a vibrant, well-informed full-time specialist to connect with our local customer base. This position is ideal for a community-oriented professional who possesses a deep understanding of legal cannabis frameworks and enjoys a dynamic retail floor. Because this role includes fulfillment services, having your own dependable vehicle is a mandatory requirement.

Role Overview The primary goal is to elevate the customer journey through tailored product guidance, strict adherence to provincial regulations, and seamless day-to-day store maintenance.

Key Duties

Manage local deliveries and curbside fulfillment (requires a personal vehicle and a valid G-class license).
Guide patrons through their buying journey by matching products to their specific preferences and experience levels.
Educate shoppers on product safety and responsible usage.
Conduct mandatory age verification by checking legal identification according to Ontario regulations.
Process transactions accurately using internal point-of-sale platforms.
Handle stock rotation, refresh visual displays, and keep the sales floor organized.
Maintain a sanitary, organized, and inviting retail space.
Keep up to date on incoming product shipments, store promotions, and legal updates.
Participate in routine inventory counts and back-of-house organization.
Execute opening/closing checklists and follow established store security rules.
Foster a collaborative, positive atmosphere with fellow team members.

Candidate Qualifications

Minimum age of 19 years old.
Valid G-Class driver’s license alongside consistent access to a personal car.
Completed CannSell certification before the official first day.
Prior background in customer-facing roles, retail environments, or hospitality fields.
Functional understanding of various cannabis categories and the Cannabis License Act.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an approachable demeanor.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and statutory holidays.
Comfort using digital sales tech, registers, and card processors.
Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to support a team environment.
