Lead a team of AP/AR administrators, developing and implementing policies and procedures to drive efficiencies

Review coding, expenses, and team deliverables, resolve escalated items, and partner with stakeholders to maintain proper transaction flow

Own weekly cash forecasting and monthly accruals, support internal and external audits, and maintain advanced reporting for ad-hoc and recurring analysis
About You
-
5+ years of AP/AR experience with at least 2 years managing a team of direct reports, backed by post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business administration

Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced reconciliations, with working knowledge of multi-currency transactions and accrual accounting; SAP experience an asset

A strong communicator and team player with solid time management and problem-solving skills, comfortable working independently while supporting the broader Corporate Accounting team
Pay Range
$40 - $45 per hour
