About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating the full sales and order fulfillment process, from receiving customer purchase orders through final delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, sales representatives, suppliers, warehouse teams, carriers, finance, purchasing, and other internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately, shipments are coordinated efficiently, and customers receive exceptional service.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Order Management

Coordinate the end-to-end order process, from customer purchase order receipt through fulfillment and delivery.
Process sales orders, purchase orders, quotes, invoices, credits, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
Provide sales representatives and customers with accurate order status, inventory availability and delivery information.
Maintain accurate customer, product, pricing, and order information.
Monitor order and delivery performance, including on-time shipments and outstanding orders.
Identify opportunities to improve order processing, logistics efficiency, customer service, and overall operational workflows.
Assist with implementing process improvements that reduce errors, delays, and operating costs.

Logistics & Shipping

Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and freight partners.
Schedule and track deliveries to ensure orders arrive accurately and on time.
Proactively communicate shipment updates to customers and internal teams.
Prepare shipping and logistics documentation, including packing slips, commercial invoices, bills of lading, and other required paperwork.
Obtain freight quotes, coordinate transportation arrangements, and monitor freight costs.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Sales and Supply Chain teams.
Ensure company policies, customer requirements, and shipping procedures are followed consistently.

Qualifications & Skills

1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, logistics, order management, supply chain, or a related role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and high attention to detail.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience coordinating freight, transportation, or shipments is an asset.
Experience with domestic and/or international shipping documentation is an asset.
Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
