Account Executive - Remote

As an Account Executive with Western Financial Group, you will be provided with a list of referrals to cross-sell Personal Lines Insurance Products.

Here is what a typical day looks like

Conduct sales calls from a list of warm referrals or existing clients, focusing on relationship-building and identifying new opportunities
Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses

The value you bring

RIBO License and ON auto insurance knowledge required
A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them.
A self-motivated and intrapreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation
The ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity

Role Details

Hours: Full Time, Permanent - Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Remote across Canada

Compensation: $40,000 salary + 40% commission on new business
