This is a true hunter sales role focused on net new business development within the freight brokerage and transportation space. The ideal candidate thrives in outbound sales, enjoys prospecting from scratch, and is motivated by growth, competition, and uncapped earning potential.

Your Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate net new business opportunities through high-volume outbound activity including cold calls, emails, and networking
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through closing and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within the transportation and logistics sector
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand customer transportation needs and position tailored solutions
- Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers across supply chain and logistics teams
- Maintain consistent outbound activity levels and sales KPIs in a performance-driven environment
- Collaborate closely with operations and internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and ongoing service excellence
- Utilize CRM platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools to manage pipeline and sales activity effectively
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, transportation sales, or business development
- Proven success generating net new business through cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Hunter mentality with strong drive, urgency, and resilience
- Experience working in KPI-driven sales environments with outbound activity expectations
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated personality
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Confidence, curiosity, and persistence when engaging prospective clients
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Experience within non-asset-based brokerage environments is considered a strong asset
