Job Title: CNC Operator - Woodworking Shop

Salary: $18-$21/hour

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and innovative designs to our clients. Join our team and be a part of creating beautiful, functional, and timeless woodwork.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our woodworking shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and operating 3-axis CNC machines, with a focus on woodworking applications.

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality wood components for custom millwork projects.
Select appropriate tools and materials for CNC operations.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
Ensure all work meets Timberich’s high-quality standards and production deadlines.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience as a CNC operator in a woodworking shop.
Strong knowledge of CNC tools and woodworking operations.
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other CNC software or machinery is a plus.
Familiarity with woodworking materials and techniques, especially in custom millwork.
