Position Overview
QRC Logistics is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused 3PL Operations Coordinator to join our growing warehouse operations team.
This role serves as the primary administrative link between our customers and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, process inbound and outbound transactions within our Warehouse Management System (WMS), coordinate customer requirements, and ensure inventory and order information is maintained accurately.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Account Management
- Act as a primary operational contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and exceptional service.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding inventory, orders, shipments, receiving activities, and account requirements.
- Monitor and manage shared customer service inboxes.
- Escalate service concerns and operational issues when required.
- Communicate customer priorities and service expectations to warehouse operations teams.
Order Entry & Order Management
- Process inbound receipts, outbound orders, transfers, returns, and inventory transactions within the Warehouse Management System.
- Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness prior to release.
- Monitor open orders and proactively address issues that may impact service levels.
- Coordinate customer priorities with warehouse operations to ensure timely execution.
- Close completed orders within the WMS and ensure all transactions are accurately finalized.
- Generate and maintain shipping documentation including pick lists, packing slips, bills of lading, and customer reports.
Customer Setup & WMS Administration
- Set up new customer accounts within the Warehouse Management System.
- Create and maintain SKU records, item masters, inventory attributes, and customer profiles.
- Configure customer-specific shipping requirements, inventory controls, and operational instructions.
- Maintain accurate customer and product data within company systems.
- Support customer onboarding activities and implementation of new business opportunities.
- Assist with testing and validation activities during new account launches and operational changes.
Inventory & Operational Support
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, damages, and customer concerns.
- Coordinate inventory adjustments and corrections when required.
- Support cycle count investigations and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Provide inventory reporting and updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with warehouse leadership to resolve operational issues impacting customer service.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, customer service, or a 3PL environment.
- Experience working within a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
- Previous experience with order management, inventory administration, customer account coordination, or logistics administration is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment.
- Experience with customer onboarding and SKU setup.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse operations.
- Experience using RF Pathways, 3PL Central, Manhattan, HighJump, SAP, or similar Warehouse Management Systems.
Education
- High School Diploma required.
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
