Full job description

HVAC Technician / Installer

We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated HVAC Technician/Installer to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is already fully experienced in the trade and can independently complete furnace and air-conditioning installations from start to finish without supervision. This is not an entry-level or helper position.

Requirements

Valid G2 Gas Technician License
Valid 313A or 313D/313R HVAC/Refrigeration certification, as applicable
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on HVAC industry experience
Must be able to independently install furnaces and air-conditioning systems from start to finish
Strong experience with ductwork and sheet metal installation
Able to complete installations correctly with minimal to no supervision
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Able to work independently and as part of a team when required
Must already have the practical skills and experience required to perform the job — we are looking for an experienced technician, not someone who requires extensive training

Responsibilities

Independently complete furnace installations
Independently complete air-conditioning installations
Install, service, and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
Perform ductwork and sheet metal installations and modifications
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
Ensure installations and service work comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Provide professional and courteous service when dealing with customers
Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Work Schedule

Weekend availability may be required
Longer hours may be available or required during peak/busy seasons
Applicants are welcome to indicate their preferred working hours when applying
